Crystal was extremely personable and receptive to input throughout the entire process. She gave great information for personal hair maintenance and really made the time fly by. I offer my highest marks and will absolutely be coming back here from now on!
My daughter is 6. She has autism and a head full of hair that is a constant battle for me to brush. Crystal was so patient with her even though my daughter didn't sit still. She worked with her and talked her down when she got upset. There is such a weight off of me now that her hair is more manageable. I can't thank her enough! She loves her new hair!
I had Heather W who was amazingly attentive and listened in depth to my concerns and anxieties about proceeding with my hair cut due to having some uneven breakage from at home bleaching. The end result was sooo much than I anticipated. And I’m glad I convinced myself to get it done today. I recommend her. :)
