We have had Rabb softeners and equipment for YEARS and have always received fantastic service. Jack Faker has been wonderful to explain in detail and help us through times when we were dealing with rusty water due to someone other than Rabb having messed up an outside line. Also had a pump go out. Thank you Rabb for all your help, especially Mr. Faker. I do miss the very kind man who loaded my car with salt for home, 5 gallon bottles of water for aquarium tanks and drinking water for work. It's too bad the in-store employee was found lying on the floor one day. He was so kind.
