I called late last summer early fall. Got a quote for some work and have been put on a neverending wait list. I've called several times and always get the same answer which is we'll call you back and they NEVER do!
This company came out , used pump to get two very small water puddles up that was in my crawl space. They wouldn't give me an estimate , invoice was going to be mailed. When it came the price was outrageous for the short duration they were here. I objected to the price, but manager /owner not sure said no. Very expensive. Lesson learned, no estimate , not going to use.
