Sump pump replaced, they did a great job BUT the bill was $836 before they started. After 3 calls no one at NEW has been able to itemize the bill for me. Parts are approx $130, so how did they get $700 for two guys? If they can't itemize the bill I can't trust them to do open-ended work for me. (I will amend this review AFTER I get an itemized bill.)

I absolutely will use this company any day of the week. When I have an issue at the property I manage they are right here with no questions asked.
