I’ve been getting my hair cut here for many many years. I recognize the ladies that work here. I don’t know their names but they have all cut my hair at one time or another. I always tip and normally it’s generous. I never complain or cause a fuss and my haircut is just a short clipper cut that can be done quickly. Lately I’ve noticed that they try to avoid having to cut my hair. One of them will finish with a customer and if I’m next, they take an extra extra long time cleaning up and getting ready for the next person. Another will finish and clean up and get stuck with me. Always nice. The App is a great tool to use not to have to wait in n store for longs period of times. The consistency on the haircuts being the same everytime is not great because it's literally a different person cutting your hair each visit. Therefore, the cuts are widely different almost everytime.
