Have had to have a technician come to my house two times within a couple of months to look at my furnace (two separate issues). The whole experience from calling to request someone to communications with the technician are great. Everyone is friendly and the technician calls to let me know when he's on his way, then let's me know when the job is done and great at explaining what the issues were. I'll recommend Elliott's to anyone.
