Dr. Randolph was flexible and able to squeeze us in the next morning of me calling. I was coming from Ohio to pick the horse up in Indiana and drive it the 3.5 hrs to Dr. Randolph. Great customer service, proficient, and professional.“

They utilize texting as a swift means of communication which is a far cry from another vet I go to which was to sit on hold for upwards of 10 mins every time. LW is fully staffed, including a canine behaviorist, Kaitlin, who has been a godsend!
