As I am not a customer of OneMain Financial, I do no not feel that I could make a detailed review.The building and ground look very good.I can only assume the staff is like all other banks and loan agencies are friendly, helpful and courteous.Also, that the loan agency is using all current Covid-19 protections.I rate most place 4 stars, unless they are above exceptional.I am sorry that I do not know you, your staff, or the agency well enough to give a Five Star rating.But I do want people to go to your loan agency and enjoy a lasting relationship.I personally already use four different banks/Loan Agencies currently and do not need another.But I will consider first OneMain Financial when I require a new loan agency.If preferable, I can delete this review.

They were kind and understanding from the first conversation and they told me my qualification was iffy but still went the extra mile to explore all of our options and came through for us. We are grateful for everything. That being said interest is a bit much but when you don't start watching your credit early these are the things that rebuild it. If done responsibly
