Just bought a house in Upland and wanted the septic cleaned as our home inspector stated it could use a cleaning. Called around for quotes and found Taylor & Sons to be affordable. They got us scheduled quickly. Service guys were friendly and explained stuff as I had never had a septic before. They got stuck in my side yard due to all the rain making the yard soft. They tore up the yard but took care of us and leveled the trenches. Excellent customer service! Would hardcore recommend them! Thanks, Jared! I'll give referrals where I can.

Placed a service call for a low pressure well pump on a monday....was on the schedule for that wednesday.....The 2 Gentlemen that came out were very polite, straight forward, and honest. Diagnosed, pulled the old pump and had the new system in the well and running in just under 3hrs. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend if you have a well that needs service.

They showed up when another company blew us off. They showed up promptly when they said they would and they got the job done. I highly recommend them and we will definitely call them again!
