I love Rainstorm!! Pricing is great, always running excellent promos, the wash is excellent, vacuums are amazing, and free mind you, plus the staff has always been friendly and very helpful when needed. Highly recommend.

They stopped spraying the vehicles down before entering the car wash. Quality of the wash is hit or miss. Some days you get more soap than other visits. Sometimes you get basically no soap. Inconsistent results. Non-working vacuums. Never enough staff. New spot opening up down the street in 2 weeks. Sign me up.

Very nice facility, unfortunately I paid $18 for a car wash equivalent to a gas station wash. The back of my car has tons of streaks from not be cleaned. Both sides of the car have same "dirty vs clean " streaks. Mycar is garage kept and newer, so I feel it could have done a better job.
