I had Shawn come out and work on my furnace. Very kind, professional and just a nice guy. He was knowledgeable of problem due to his years of experience and got it fixed right away. I was having a problem with my heat not working today and it was the first cold and very snowy day of the winter and the temperature was dropping in my home fast. I called to have someone come out and look at it and even though it was a Sunday afternoon and was late it the day they had a technician here within 30 minutes. He was extremely polite and courteous. He was mindful about not tracking snow and dirt through the house and explained everything to me very well. He had the problem fixed very quickly. Cleaned up everything and even checked out the water heater while he was here. He was very helpful.

We called today (Sunday) because our furnace was not maintaining temperature. Spoke with a person immediately, technician Jared called back right away and was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a very fair price…we could not be happier! We have used this company many times through the years and have always had a great experience…highly recommend!

Had my furnace checked couple of days ago and looked at by J & J heating and air conditioning. I was very surprise how proficient and professional the serviceman by the name of Jared Reynolds was. All I have to say he knew what he was doing and worked very hard. Also he was very nice and cheerful. I like that. I recently used J&J Heating Air Conditing Valpo Location to replace my hot water tank , I used them in the past 11 years ago no problems then . The techs that came out to replace the take were very professional and did a great job . I was told before hand what the bill would be from the owner who I spoke with on the phone and thought he would be honest and keep his word , because I did research myself and priced the same hot water tank from a supplier which included the expansion tank , same brand , model number , size etc. He agreed with same price . We are aware he gets a cheaper price from his supplier than that as a business owner who buys several ,Than we did just calling a business and asking a price over phone. The agreed price was $850.00 for slim hot water tank with expansion tank not counting labor .Once there he changed it to $ 859.00 just for tank and another $157.00 for expansion tank plus Xtra for parts and labor . Get 3 quotes , I could have saved 300-400 with Summers or 4 four seasons .

Jerod is THE BEST. So knowledgeable and efficient – plus very polite and personable. He recharged and added coolant to our aging AC unit and got us back in the cool zone after a week of being on the blink. (during a really hot spell late June/early July) One of J&J's competitors diagnosed that our coils were frozen, but they lost us with inept communication. We called J&J the next morning and Jerod arrived a couple hours later. Thank you Jerod, and thank you to nice office ladies for your courteous customer service.
