Hines came through for me again!!! Previous plumber messed up my ejector pit….. ( put lid back on incorrectly) I tried to have the other plumber return to examine and they never even returned my call. Hines was out the next day and corrected it!!! While here they saw that a valve was leaking….. thank goodness they saw it, had it blown I would have had a HUGE mess!! They fixed her right up for me!!!

Jack and Sam were great. Called Friday with a problem with our water heater. Jack checked it , suggested a new one. Saturday it was installed. Great job!

100% would recommend Hines Plumbing. I called the minute they opened and the woman who answered was so kind and helpful. We had an urgent situation and she was able to work with the crew to get us same day service for a water heater install. The crew that worked on it were so nice and friendly. Never once did they make me feel like an inconvenience for having to be squeezed in to an already full day. They left the worksite and rest of my house spotless, like wouldn’t have even known they were there if not for the new copper pipe. We will definitely be using Hines for all our plumbing needs going forward. They even helped me understand what I needed to do on a separate plumbing issue and how to line up the calls so I have the least amount of downtime. The Hines team took what was a very stressful situation as a homeowner and jumped right in with professionalism, confidence, and all the skills to make it no big deal.
