Illegally shared my private tax information with a third party when I had explicitly asked them not to, then was rude over the phone when I called to complain and refused to provide an explanation.

This person clearly has no grasp of professional ethics and should probably be avoided.

Professional, personal, and knowledgeable. If you need tax services done reasonably by a tax preparer that knows tax law, GLG does a great job to minimize taxes and maximize return.
