My husband Sal and I were thrilled with the quality workmanship we received today at our Chesterton, Indiana, home. The guys showed up promptly, were polite, did a superb job, and MOST IMPORTANTLY they left the worksite in an excellent condition.The price was more than fair. We highly recommend using this service!!!!Fast-forward one day…Second crew came to suction out the tank. Another fine job performance by another fine crew! Unfortunately, I didn’t get any names, but ALL employees performed admirably ??

Thank you very much to Dustin and Nikko the technicians that came today!!! Very friendly, clean and verified the source of our problems!! Looking forward to them coming back to complete repairs. Will highly recommend FreeFlow to anyone looking for plumbers. Everyone involved including Jeremy were very friendly and professional. this was a big project and wanted to thank all the gentlemen involved but I don't know all their names.

Called free flow for a leak in my basement involving my ejector pipe. They scheduled an appointment within days of my calling. Technician Kenny Bell from Free flow came out and assessed the problem. He was knowledgable and took the time to explain the problem and the manor in which they use to fix it. Will update if anything changes when they come out to fix.
