2 years ago our A/C went out. Our uncle referred us to Custom Air and Austin was amazing! He was a straight shooter and never tried to upsell us on anything. Within less than a week our new A/C was installed and they did amazing work!!
I am also a real estate agent! I had a client in need of services and within less than 24 hours Austin was at the house and fixing what needed to be done! Once again never upselling my clients. Luckily some of the parts are under warranty. Austin took care of looking up all of that information for my clients and getting the parts ordered and getting them installed.

What a great experience. My husband called and they came out the next day. We just gave them the garage code. They came in and fixed Our furnace while, my husband and I were at work.They even took a video and texted it to my husband to show what was wrong. I thought that was going above and beyond since we weren’t there to see. I would highly recommend them. To find somebody to come out the next day and have it fixed by the time I got off work I think is amazing. I am very happy with the service and the price. Honest company and that’s hard to find these days! Thanks again Austin really appreciate it!
