Normally, Mark comes to service the pool on Friday. By far he has been the best service tech; knowledgeable, personable, listens to our comments on the pool conditions and provides good advice and service. However, the tech that came today, Luke exceeded Mark. He did an excellent job on the pool; you can even tell from the photos he took for the file. We are sure you get complaints from customers; however we just wanted you to know how pleased we were today and that you have a really good employee. We will hope to see him again. Thanks

Everyone at Caribbean made sure to tell me if I had any concerns, issues or questions to please reach out to them. Their customer service and professionalism are outstanding. My sales rep. (John B.) was always ready to go above and beyond what I expected. I researched multiple pool installers and no one came close to Caribbean. This place was very helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond to help us with the issue we were having with our sand filter for our pool. A little pricey on things but I feel like that could be due to covid. They had everything in stock that you could use for your pool needs. I would and will be going back.
