Team was here for a free quote in March. Was able to come out immediately after I spoke with them. They inspected my concerns in the crawlspace and gave me quotes for those services. I have since asked people I know in the HVAC industry about the prices and they have told me the pricing is very fair!
On Top of that the team with Gaiser comfort solutions from Tipton indiana came out on 4/2/25 and serviced my furnace. Natural gas Furnace had a delayed ignition, and needed an annual service. I’ve used Gaiser Comfort Solutions twice within the past year, and I’ve really enjoyed working with Mark and his team. They recently installed a new HVAC system in my home, and it has been working great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
We recently bought a different home and the compressor failed on the system. We called Mark Gaiser because he was highly recommended by my Dad, who used Gaiser's services for over 50 years. Now I know why my Dad raved about their service. Without asking, Mark learned that the compressor was still under warranty and therefore could be replaced at no cost. We had no idea that the warranty was available, but because Mark went the extra mile we are saving thousands of dollars. This is a family owned business with high integrity. Plus, Mark and everyone in the firm are highly skilled. You can't go wrong calling them for heating and air needs!
