My experiences have always been pleasant The staff is very Friendly,Caring. And welcoming.Acknowledging your presence with a greeting goes a long way.In the past I felt as if I was just a number.
Thank you all for excellent service to my lil Buddy 🐾💙🐾
If I could give 10 stars I would. WAAH and staff are simply amazing! Luke, (my boxer) and I are beyond grateful for the extra time we have had because of WAAH caring and compassion has kept him in my life. Thank you a million times over.
I don't give 5 stars ... until now. 2 days ago, I had to take my very sick best friend to the vet. I called another local place and got a rather cold reception. From the moment I first spoke to the wonderful ladies at WVAH, the tone was kind, understanding and open. Dr. Tim took excellent care of my girl, but she was just too sick and I opted to put her down rather than let her suffer. Through it all, the whole staff was kind, patient and willing to answer all questions. As a footnote: The prices were reasonable.Thank you all for such warmth at this difficult time.
