Always great helpers in the store that know exactly where to point you. They are also very knowledgeable about their products which are MANY! ULTA has pretty good deals/incentives a lot of the time.

The associates are very nice and attentive without being obtrusive. Obviously, their scent collection is a bit pricey, but it's high-end fragrances, not knockoff body sprays! Their men's fragrance collection is decent, but it could definitely be expanded a bit. I was disappointed that some scents weren't available to test. Overall, the staff made for a great experience, though!

Love This Ulta. It's very clean and organized. All the employees are extremely friendly. Definitely a feeling of not wanting to leave and can't wait to go back. Great product lines to choose from.
