I've been calling all over the state to look for a gasket for my pellet stove. Not even tractor supply, who carried all of the piping I needed, had it. This fireplace shop was very helpful, offered me extra resources, & searched their inventory. Even looking through the manual with me to make sure we have the right part and offering me another item to double check on my stove. Thank you!
Ruby, the receptionist, and the other 2 workers were great. They stayed late to get a refractory board cut for me as mine had totally cracked and desperately needed my fireplace burning during an arctic freeze.
I couldn’t be more happy with their service on such a dirt job But they kept it all clean somehow. The men left my home at 830 in the evening and never complained just said they were happy to do it. They were very polite to me and my family. I will be doing more business with them in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful service
