The best place for any beauty service! My hair is so thick and curly, no one ever knows how to cut it. Kelsey listened to how I wanted it cut, and she gave my hair a HUGE refresh that it desperately needed. Not to mention the incredible lashes she puts on me!! 10 out of 10, recommend!!
