I posted a negative review to the Better Bsuiness Bureau concerning Rogers Home Improvement as frustrations, and the lack of understanding regarding issues got the better of me. Unfortunately, even after second thoughts and my planning on not posting my review it posted anyway, Upon calling Rogers about my frustrations Mike Rogers immediately called me about the situation with an apology and an offer to refund our $5000 dollar deposit, or they would be out on Monday. Things happen and before you make a review either on purpose or accidently be sure that you see both sides of the issue. Its hard to delete something upon the internet after its done. Essayons,

Yes we definitely recommend Roger's Roofing and Improvement Company. They have done an amazing Job on the floors, at my Dad's house. Brian is so easy to work with. My Dad is so amazed at how fast the work got done. He is very happy with your Company. He just can't wait till the vinyl, is finally laid. Then the job should be completed.
