My daughter is at ISU in town and was having problems reading the boards, so I drove in and took her here to get an eye exam. They didn't have any regular exams that fit our schedules, but had a virtual exam. I was hesitant, but decided to try it. It felt as complete, comprehensive, and well done as the traditional in-person exam. Daughter is really happy with her new glasses too.
I did discover that virtual exams aren't available if you are a minor or over a certain age...I know I am quite close to the cut-off, but I don't know exactly what it is...maybe 55? So, if you are eligible, I would recommend the virtual exams heartily. There was ZERO loss in service...read full review
After a month of problems trying to get new glasses at the Terre Haute Lenscrafters, I decided to try Pearle Vision. Upon entering the store, it was clean and smelled lovely. Their employees are friendly and helpful. Stephane was amazing! She answered all the questions I had and explained anything I was inquisitive about. She really knows her stuff and offers quality customer service. She even worked through her lunch hour, while suffering from a painful injury she suffered outside of work, to help me get the glasses I wanted ordered. Stephanie, at the Terre Haute, Indiana store deserves a raise or some sort of recognition for service above and beyond what is required!...read full review
This was the best decision I’ve ever made for my vision! For over two decades other optometrists told me that my eyesight prescription was too strong for contact lenses. Not today! Dr. Alberts is an amazing care provider. Definitely divine intervention meeting of her!
