I have had trouble with my Heat pump. One company put stop leak in it and completely ruined every valve and part in the pump. Called Hoosier Heating and Cooling and talked to Mark. They had to cut out and replace several parts, vacuum the system, and re-install new refrigerant. Their technician was very professional and patient. Mark kept me informed every time they came to the house and explained every procedure. Moved into a home alittle over a year ago and had to have someone come and fix my central air unit. Had them come and fix the heating in January then recently fix the AC. Both repairs were very thorough with friendly workers that explained the issues and found fixes for both problems. Transparent with what needed to be done along with educating me on upkeep and general maintenance.
