Terrible customer service. Never returned a phone call. I called5 times and left messages about our fence installation and Mike never returned a phone call. We got our estimate on 2/9/23 we were told they were 1 to 2 weeks. after 4 trips to our house the fence was finished on 3/10/23. Quality of fence is good. But if your going to be in a business where you cater to customers then customer service should be one of your main priorities.Service: Chain link fence installation

They're fairly responsive for new installs. Impossible to get them here for gate/fence repairs (Commercial business). I'm at 8 calls over the past 4 months to get a gate adjusted so it will close without dragging. Every time we have an issue is like this. Their installs are hit or miss. Their receptionist is neither helpful nor professional.
