Had a great experience with Ken. My camper was being rented by a client and they had NO hot water. Within 1 hour Ken had responded to my email and was already on the road traveling 45 minutes away to the camp ground my client was at. Took Ken less than 30 minutes to trouble shoot the issue and swap out the Thermal Coupling Fuse. Hot water was restored and client was very happy. Thank You again Ken.
Extremely helpful and friendly! We found Ken when no other mobile tech would help us with after market solar panels, and I’m glad we found Certified RV. My understanding of electrical components is lacking and Ken did not mind explaining it in detail until I understood. Also gave tips on maintenance and recommended upgrades. Overall positive experience and pricing.
We are extremely satisfied with Ken Kauzens and his Certified RV mobile business. I called him up a few weeks ago as we had an issue with our on-demand hot water system and he came out the next day I believe. He dug right in and filed a claim as our unit was still under warranty. He knew we were up against the wall as our first camping trip of the season was coming up soon. He made it a priority to come back with, as it turned out, a new unit and installed it just in time for our trip. Ken is very professional, courteous and extremely personable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
