The young lady was Colleen, I told her what I wanted and she got started. She wss very sweet and professional, as she cut she made sure that I liked what was happening. I walked into Wild Root at 4 pm and talked to the owner Becky and I literally started crying. The owner Becky, immediately took me in that moment and worked her butt off! When I mean she worked her butt off I mean she worked on my hair from 4 PM to 11:30 PM that same night! After lots of TLC, time and patience, Becky did an absolute wonderful job bringing life back to my hair and fixing the botched bleach job. I'm truly grateful for such a kind soul like her! “Amy is my go to when it comes to hair AND eyebrows (I don't let anyone touch my eyebrows and she waxed them perfectly in 2 seconds). She is great at working with my schedule and fitting me in, also really affordable and gives me exactly what I want each time I come in. My bright colors stayed bright thru more washes than I thought they would.“
