Very very impressed with b&s. We've had two companies come in and tell me that it was just sweating pipes. The problem just kept growing. The gentlemen came immediately said we had a leak under the house and went under the crawlspace and fixed it. No messing around just identified and fixed. We are very impressed and will call them for all of our future needs

After going round and round for almost 3 weeks to no avail with another plumbing company, recommended by our home warranty company (for work we needed done that wasn't covered by their policy), we called B&S... they got us scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days and the tech arrived on time, talked to my husband about what we needed, and within the first half hour he had already done more work than the other company had accomplished after 2 hour-long visits in 3 weeks! He got all 3 projects taken care of in one trip and done RIGHT! We will definitely use them for any future projects!

Worked with Brian over the phone. Was very clear about the repair and the cost. Got a quote via email. Final price was very close to the quoted price. Eric was the one who did the work on my shower. EXACTLY ON TIME!!!! Was here at 7:30am sharp! Eric was able to clearly explain what was wrong with my shower! Shower works great now! Left a small mess, but was to be expected, he was there to fix my shower not clean my bathroom. Very professional all the way around, will use again for future plumbing repairs!
