Our Tech, Tim, is the absolute best Technician. He educates and advises, is always on time and listens to our concerns as the year goes on and sometimes Priorities change with the weather. Pleasant, kind and knowledgeable and brings a level of customer service rarely seen anymore. I had Ed come down to check out our apartment. While our landlord went a different avenue , my girlfriend and myself were very impressed with Ed's professionalism and knowledge of his products and the treatment involved. I would most certainly use Action again and request Ed. He is an asset to your team .
