    We got a new hot water filter put in on February 17. We didn't have hot water. Adam R. Explained how bad are old one was and we knew we needed one. He replaced it. It took him awhile but the weather didn't help any. We would call Mr. Rooter again and ask for Adam. Thanks again.

    Our technician was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what to do to figure out what the problems were with the water heater. He was very respectful and did not try to talk down to me at all. Being elderly, you can’t imagine how I really appreciate that from a young guy. He took pictures and examined the whole water heater all the while explaining everything he was doing and what he found. I was so thankful that you sent a technician who knew what he was doing.
