Sullivan Family Eye Care provides a wonderful experience with professional and kind staff. Dr. Jones and his team are thorough and dedicated to excellent care, making it worth the drive for those outside the immediate area. The staff goes above and beyond to help, even making special arrangements for forgotten contacts, ensuring patient satisfaction.
A few years ago my son scratched my cornea deeply on accident and I was in so much pain, I called Dr.Jones and he came in on his day off to provide relief for me. He helped me through the healing process and then later down the road when I needed glasses he was my first call. I cannot sing their praises enough. The staff was patient as I learned how to apply contacts and found the right brand of glasses and contacts that worked for me. When I broke my glasses case they let me pick through a few of their extra options they had on hand, at no extra charge. They genuinely want to help people and they will always have my business.
I’ve been going to Sullivan Family Eye Care for the past 2 years now, and it’s always been a wonderful experience. Everyone involved is professional and kind, and more than happy to help in any way, which I especially appreciate.
Dr Jones is the best! I have gone to several optometrists throughout the years but none have been as professional and thorough as Dr. Jones and his staff. I live in Vincennes but the drive is certainly worth the excellent care I receive at each appointment.
