Dr. Jones and his team are thorough and dedicated to excellent care, making it worth the drive for those outside the immediate area. The staff goes above and beyond to help, even making special arrangements for forgotten contacts, ensuring patient satisfaction.
They are very good, helpful and friendly. Never have to wait a long time before I am seen, which is always nice. Dr. Jones and his staff are the most professional polite and willing to answer questions about your eyes. I recommend them to anyone who wants a service that is honest, and does there job in a timely manner.
A few years ago my son scratched my cornea deeply on accident and I was in so much pain, I called Dr.Jones and he came in on his day off to provide relief for me. He helped me through the healing process and then later down the road when I needed glasses he was my first call. I cannot sing their praises enough. The staff was patient as I learned how to apply contacts and found the right brand of glasses and contacts that worked for me. When I broke my glasses case they let me pick through a few of their extra options they had on hand, at no extra charge. They genuinely want to help people and they will always have my business.
