While traveling for work we had a tire blow out! Davis was very helpful on the phone, Excellent response and customer service. Our driver confirmed the tire shop had the proper tire to get us back on the road before he off loaded us. I was shocked at our bill as I expected it to be extremely higher! We appreciated the assistance and everything they did for us!
I was on the way home from a road trip when my car started rattling. I pulled off at an exit, and Davis happened to be there. I explained the situation and asked if they could look at it to let me know if it was safe to continue driving. Two of their mechanics spent 15-20 min looking under the hood and under the car. They assured me it was nothing dangerous and could wait to be looked at further. I fully expected to pay them for their time, but they told me there was no charge and sent me on my way. Getting work done on the road is always a bit nerve racking, worrying about getting the work done right for a fair price. No worries here. Excellent group of people and company. Did great work finding the electrical short in my trailer and repairing it. Everyone was pleasant and professional. 10/10 would recommend
