Joe was really good. I had a concern that he was able to address and educate us on the same day I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His staff I dealt with on the phone was very nice and helpful as well.
Still Waters Roofing did a amazing job replacing my gutters and metal roof. Dealing with Joe, Lisa and Audrey was the best experience. They are the BEST! We discovered a drip in my son's bedroom and called Still Waters to have an inspection scheduled. They came the next day! They are very good at letting you know when they will be able to stop by and when they were going to be later than expected, they gave plenty of notice. Joe came inside to look at the drip and then got on the roof and found our issue immediately. He fixed our problem and was very helpful in letting us know what to look for in the future and told us to give them a call if we continued to have a problem.
