We had some problems with our water supply and I was having problems determining the source. The good folks at Maders showed up and thoroughly evaluated the situation and provided several possible solutions. We decided which route to pursue. I must add the information we received was very educational and was presented without trying to upsell us into more expensive options. The work they performed was top notch, completed in a timely manner and they arrived for the task the very next day after my phone call. Mader well drilling has been my go to for well, and plumbing needs in Owen County. Just this week I pulled into my property to find water flowing from an outdoor water spigot in the yard. Hoping it was an easy fix I began digging to quickly realize it was busted underground. I call and Nathan was finishing another job. They went to pick up an excavator and arrived within an hour. They were able to dig out the old line tracing it back past the leaks and replace it that afternoon allowing me to turn the well back on. I can’t ask for better customer service!
This business is top notch. Travis and Steve are very good, kind folks and very knowledgeable. They came out within an hour of my call. Can't beat them in my opinion.
