This company is wonderful to work with. I called and talked to John about our issue with our smoke alarms. He helped us research products so we could make an informed decision on which ones we needed. We picked up the alarms late that afternoon, John had Tim and Thomas come out the very next day to install them! Tim and Thomas were so knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and kind. They even fixed an issue we were having with an exterior light fixture. We would definitely use them again!

I called about an issue at 1pm & and the technician, Tim, called and came by at 3pm the same day. He fixed the issue, explained what and why he made the change. He made small talk and made the whole experience positive.

I had a major concern with my electrical panel...called first thing in the morning and had John at my house about an hour later! Very professional and even treated my inquisitive 4 year old with respect and answered his questions... great people and great work! I would highly recommend Chris and John to anyone! Thank you for being Elite! I will definitely use them in the future for my electrical needs!
