They completed all encapsulation items as described in the plan we agreed on. Sheeting does NOT cover the sil plate to allow for termite inspection; (of which our termite inspector praised highly); sheeting is 10 mil thick and sealed with the white tape (tape from Canada and it’s not duct tape) and pressed on to the sheeting. All foam insulation reflective board is the now recommended board (no out gassing for interior spaces); placed over the plastic sheeting and about 3 inches below sil plate with all fasteners...read full review
