I had Rapid Mold Removal of Indiana come to my house to professionally remove areas of mold we had on some downstairs walls. I trusted they did a thorough job and removed all the mold, however, when I went to finish demolition on one of the walls, I found a pretty good amount of mold left, after I had already removed the mold unknowingly. The next day I had called the sales manager Jacob to tell him I had found more mold and had removed it without a safe setup, unknowingly to myself. His reply when I asked him what they were going to do to right the situation was, "I don't know", he then recommended sending the technician back to my house.
