I had a fantastic experience with Shankster Bros. They were on time, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Micah was the standout. He was seriously awesome. He walked me through everything step-by-step and explained it in a way I could actually understand. I had an emergency at 10:30PM, when my sewage line had plugged up and concurrently my septic tank was near capacity. We were expecting up to 100 friends & family the next day for an annual bonfire chili cookout. I had called the emergency line and Mike had answered my call. It was a huge relief to have a person on the line that I could speak with directly, rather than being transferred to voicemail. I had explained my circumstances to Mike. Shankster Bros answered the phone the first time I called. They came in just a day or two, located our septic tank, and checked it in a short amount of time. Super professional on-the-spot service and direct, honest recommendations. Exactly what I needed when I needed it. I wish all the businesses I deal with were half as good.
