I had a fantastic experience with Shankster Bros. They were on time, professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Micah was the standout. He was seriously awesome. He walked me through everything step-by-step and explained it in a way I could actually understand. I know nothing about septic systems, and he never made me feel dumb for asking questions (even when I repeated myself a few times).
He took his time, showed me exactly what he was seeing, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. By the time he left, I actually understood how my system works. It’s rare to get that level of patience, detail, and honesty these days.

You won't find a more caring and professional staff. Took my dog, Milo, in for lameness and lethargy not knowing they are appointment only. Robin took one look at him and despite them being short staffed and fully booked, she went back and talked to Dr. Kays and within 15 minutes we were being seen. After an exam and blood test it was determined he had been exposed to Lyme disease. They gave us a couple medications with clear instructions and answers for all my questions. After a few hours he was no longer limping and had regained alot of his normal spunk. Thank you Robin, Dr. Kays and Mike!
