Everyone was so helpful from the inspection and quote to the installation. They were courteous and on time. They made sure to address problems and not just do a work-around without communication. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.
I got a new metal roof. They did a great job and were in and out quickly on the date they said they would be. It wasn't much more than the highest quote I received for Asphalt shingles.
Representative, I think his name was John, was very friendly, professional and competent. He got a ladder and inspected the roof and gutters. He plugged a hole left by the previous roofers, and wouldn't let me pay him for the call. If I have any further problems I will absolutely call Better Way Roofing. The amount I paid was Zero $.
