Our almost 2 year old Malteese pup Levi stayed at Pine Ridge 19 days. To be honest we were a bit nervous as we rescued him last Fall and never left him. First couple days out we emailed to ask how is Levi doing? Staff responded very timely as to time difference and per their hours of operation. Said he was doing fine and a happy little boy. A few days later we emailed again. Response was good again. Last email a couple days later they affirmed he was eating fine. We didn't email after that as we felt comfortable with him being there. When I picked him up he was happy, rested and not anxious at all. Thank you staff for a great retreat for Levi.

We usually board our 2 dogs (60 and 100 lb) once a year for 7 to 10 days. Experiance has always been great. 2 weeks ago, I dropped them off in the evening and picked them up the next evening. I was charged for 2 days, when I asked about it I was told that is because I am picking up in the evening. I don't believe this is fair. it was less than a 24 hour visit. Thanks, Randy

First time having our dog stay here and overall it was a good experience. We told them our dog was very timid and they were kind enough to put her in their "quiet area." I was also worried about our dog potentially escaping but after walking through the facility, it doesn't really seems like that's even a possibility. We would definitely return to this place and honestly the prices here are pretty low. Oh and our dog shredded the blanket we left with her and they gave her one of their own blankets.
