The “ Maintenance” man came into my apartment when I wasn’t home multiple times and one time I was in the shower and he made stupid excuses why , I called the office and they said sorry !!sorry why not stop him from doing that, also I heard from other tenants he did this to them as well. A the fire Alarms go off randomly for no reason constantly and had my thermostat set a stuck ok 67 all winter I have kids , I called again a same thing they were sorry . Did nothing. I used electric heating to keep my children warm.

They shut off our hot water and didn't let the new owner know anything so there is 16 units in Franklin w/o hot water because it's a holiday we won't have any till 9/6

Great experience! I called to schedule a quote for some residential electrical work. Robert came out the next day, looked over the work, and had a quote in my email by the end of the day. Just two days later they started the job. Robert along with Ron came out to do the work, and completed it in one day. They were on time, friendly, and skilled. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with the quality of their work. Thanks
