This past spring we had Tropical Pools install a new pool liner. We had an issue with the liner not fitting correctly. Well, I would give them 100 stars for how they handled the problem. The owner called me to let me know the issue. Told me they wears working on a solution. Called to let me know when it would all be fixed. Fixed the problem and took responsibility for the issue! What amazing customer service! If you need pool work, definitely consider Tropic! Integrity in business is priceless!

We recently purchased a home with an in-ground pool that had been severely neglected. There were many unknowns about whether it had been properly winterized, along with heavy algae growth and several poorly maintained components.

Mike was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the pool’s condition and patiently explained everything to us along the way.
