Three years ago, a friend recommended a local renovation company to replace my roof. A little over a year later, the roof started leaking continuously and was damaged in several places. I could no longer contact that company. Now, whenever I need repairs, I search online to avoid being scammed again. Last month, I saw employees of Royalty LLC replacing roofs for residents in the neighborhood, so we contacted them. After inspecting my house, their staff decided to replace the roof again.
