Just went to my appointment. Door was locked, knocked on the door so they would let me in. Girl informs me, your stylist called in sick and I am booked today. Drove 35 minutes from home, phone call would have been nice.

Makayla Kestler is the one that cut my hair and styled it and she did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did great. And she asked me if I wanted the side bangs to be short and the other side to be shorter and I said yes and she did it without hesitation. She is extremely nice and she was super focused when she did my hair and when she was cutting it. She also recommended products to me and I love them.

Took my son and his girl friend in for their appointment and nobody was there and we had wait for sometime but then the lady showed up and had bags from dollar store. Then proceeded to take care of the kids.
