“I had a coworker highly recommend Spring St. Tattoo. Reached out to Austin to discuss what I was looking for and setup an appointment with him. This was my first time here and was super impressed with the shop. I’ve walked into other shops before feeling like an outsider, but walking into Spring St. Tattoo I was greeted promptly and knew I picked the right spot for my next tattoo. I really appreciate Austin’s detail to my tattoo. He provided options that I didn’t even think of, really appreciate putting in the extra detail. “Wow! Where do I begin? When I travel to a new city, I get a souvenir tattoo. I booked with Heather when she was at a different studio. She emailed and said that she was going to be at a new location by the time my wife and I got there. The communication leading up to the appointment was great! Then we got there, about 2 hours early. She was finishing up with a different client. We told her to take her time, and grab something to eat if she needed, because we were so early. She said it was fine, and immediately started setting up her station for my wife and I. Heather. Was. Amazing! We had everything we needed, and even things we didnt ask for. (Extra snacks, extra water, etc.) She was super accommodating through the entire time we were there. And the art she made! Wow!! This is my favorite souvenir tattoo so far! If I am close, I will be stopping in. If I only lived 2 hours away instead of 9, this would be my new shop because of Heather. I can't recommend her or her work enough. Bright, crisp lines and color. “I called this business last week with questions about a piercing. The young lady that answered the phone was very nice and patient with me. Yesterday I called again to make my appointment 2:00PM same day. I arrived way earlier due to how excited I was. When I got there I was greeted and given my paperwork to fill out. Once done I had a little wait time while Matt got setup. The process went fast and smooth. Even though I had already had this piercing done before he and the young lady made the appointment with still refreshed my knowledge on the healing and cleaning requirements which I appreciated.
