I had a coupon from my previous service for the full amount because I was unsatisfied with service, but I had lost a coupon to the email. I came in today to see if they would honor it and they did. The guy was very professional. Did his job well I was in and out in 10 minutes after settling all the details but very satisfied and will be back Sellersburg, Indiana location.
The entire staff here is super kind and efficient! There was a car ahead of me, and Brian greeted me with a water while I waited comfortably in my car! The wait wasn’t long (9 TikToks), and I was directed into the bay. The service was quick while they checked all the service points. The Gold Star is when Brian asked if I was a healthcare worker, and I was able to get a discount! Keeping me within my budget on my high mileage car! I will highly recommend Strickland to anyone and everyone! Thanks a million to the entire staff, but especially Brian and Jordan!
Was very good young man named Austin very professional clean and very respectful. Gave me a bottle of water , guided me into bay and was very curtious you just don’t find that in some of these young people today. 5 stars to this young man
