1-Tom-Plumbing were THE only ones who were willing and able to send someone out to our house when we had a pipe burst and water was flowing everywhere outside. It was cold and icy yet a tech came out. Unfortunately he was unable to help turn the water off to even assess the problem ( we ended up calling the city’s water department in the middle of the night and had 2 on- call service men turn it off). Called 1-Tom back and made arrangements for them to come back out a few days later to see what was what and they took care of the problem the same time. Now, we need another plumbing repair and didn’t worry about calling around for estimates. I knew that 1-Tom Plumbing was the one company to do the job. A big job and a costly one but I am very confident and pleased with the plumbing techs that 1-Tom provides and will have the work done in a week from now. Do I recommend them? Oh, YES I do!
