This was Munster facility. New patient. Told to arrive 15 minutes early to complete forms - which took all of 4 minutes to complete. Places in a Katie t room and left there for 45 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment that doctor was behind. 45 minutes???? Without a peep???? Absolutely unacceptable. Patients are charged for cancellations... it's about time these service providers stop overbooking and adhering to a schedule. I missed work for this appointment!!! At a minimum, someone should have communicated something to me. Two hours out of my work day ... for nothing !!!!

I had a terrible experience without the dr spott , I was having frequent back spasms And he ordered to Mri's in pt . And because I was on the workman's comp he sent me back to work, Without reviewing the MR I's,or knowing what was wrong with me . He was extremely arrogant,and not a very nice person. The staff was very nice but the Dr ?.

Dr. Spott is awesome. I was originally diagnosed with a torn Meniscus (MRI) buy a previous doctor, but this was not the cause of my pain. Within 5 minutes of meeting with Doctor Spott and showing him the area of pain he determined it was Plica Syndrome. Saving me the cost and pain of having an unneeded surgery. Thanks Dr Spott!!
