The staff is friendly, great technical skills and efficient. So impressed with their professionalism. Dr. K is highly knowledgeable and deeply cares for his patients. It’s great to see Dr. Emily with patient care.
My consultation was so smooth. All office personnel I encountered were pleasant, polite, and helpful. The office itself and equipment is so nice and modern, making the process very efficient. Dr. Koufos thoroughly explained every detail along with visuals. Terry also explained the financial portion perfectly. They both answered any questions I had with no hesitation and were easy to communicate with. They left a very great first impression on me.
The office is bright and clean. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The doctor was friendly and spoke to me so that I completely understood. He gave me options and allowed me to chose what I felt fit me best. Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend.
